RBL Bank is hiring experienced sales and BFSI professionals for the Relationship Manager role through the RBL Premier Banker Program.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring new customers, developing customer relationships, generating revenue and cross-selling relevant banking, wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.
The role involves 360° client relationship management, customer acquisition, business development and portfolio engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new-to-bank customers through lead generation and business development.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Generate revenue through customer acquisition and cross-selling.
Cross-sell wealth management and banking products.
Identify customer financial requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Manage mapped customer relationships and ensure regular engagement.
Promote liability, asset, investment and business banking products.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Provide a high-quality customer experience.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
