Job Summary
A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners while promoting and selling Niva Bupa's health insurance products. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing suitable health insurance solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Niva Bupa health insurance policies to customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners (such as banks, if working in the banca channel).
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
Explain policy features, premiums, benefits, and claim procedures.
Generate leads through customer interactions, referrals, and assigned channels.
Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
Follow up for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
