Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and channel partners.
Sales & Negotiations: Convert leads into sales by conducting site visits, presenting suitable properties, and negotiating terms to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Consultation: Provide expert advice on property trends, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with legal or sales teams to ensure a smooth closing process.
CRM Utilization: Maintain accurate client data and interaction records in CRM systems to track progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 1–5 years in real estate sales, relationship management, or client-facing roles.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
