Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and client-focused Relationship Managerto join our team in Wakad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, understanding client property needs, and guiding them through the buying/renting process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (homebuyers, investors, and corporate clients).

- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

- Conduct property site visits and accompany clients.

- Coordinate with developers and sellers for property inventory, pricing, and updates.

- Manage leads from various sources (online portals, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).

- Regularly follow up with clients and maintain an updated database.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.

- Provide market insights and advisory to help clients make informed decisions.
