Relationship Manager

Relationship Management:

• Building and Maintaining Relationships:

  Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with bank staff, including branch managers and other relevant personnel.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Developing and maintaining relationships with bank customers to understand their needs and promote suitable insurance products.

• Communication and Collaboration:

  Effectively communicating with both bank staff and customers, acting as a liaison between the bank and the insurance company. 

Sales and Business Development:

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets for insurance products through the bank channel.

• Lead Generation and Conversion:

  Identifying potential clients and converting leads into sales.

• Cross-selling and Upselling:

  Identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance products to existing bank customers.

• Product Knowledge and Training:

  Providing training and support to bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.

• Business Development:

  Developing and implementing strategies to increase insurance sales within the bank network. 

Customer Service and Support:

• Customer Issue Resolution: Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints related to insurance products.

• Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Service Delivery: Collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience and service delivery.
