Job Description

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore
Mode: Work from Office
Salary : ₹20,000 fixed + incentives up to ₹21,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers through outbound calls and client interactions
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products and services
• Upsell and cross-sell premium offerings to existing customers
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Provide guidance related to stock and commodity markets Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Hindi is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Candidates without Hindi must be proficient in at least two South Indian languages
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Half Day)
Off: Sundays, 1st & 5th Saturday
Eligibility
• Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate, Tech / Non-Tech, 2026 batch
• Joining: May 2026 (immediate)
