
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of life insurance products to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers, staff, and personnel to secure leads and referrals.
Bank Staff Training: Train bank employees on life insurance products, sales processes, and compliance.
Customer Engagement: Conduct joint calls with bank staff to pitch products to customers, understanding their needs for tailored insurance solutions.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Maximize sales through bank walk-in customers and existing customer databases.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate sales reports.
After-Sales Service: Assist with policy issuance and provide service support to clients to ensure retention.
