We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This role requires an individual who can take complete ownership of lead engagement, consultative selling, customer relationship management, and post-sales servicing. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment while delivering a superior customer experience to doctors and healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls on lead-based data and generate interest in insurance offerings.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales through persuasive communication and personalised guidance.
Follow a structured sales process to manage enquiries and ensure timely closures.
Establish and maintain professional, trust-driven relationships with doctors and medical practitioners.
Manage customer servicing, support, and retention activities with a high level of responsiveness.
Act as a single point of contact for customer needs throughout the policy lifecycle.
Drive business generation initiatives to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-up discipline and ensure continuous pipeline movement.
Track, analyse, and report business performance at periodic intervals to the reporting authority.
Manage post-sales coordination, documentation, and policy issuance processes.
Ensure accurate customer data management in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
