Relationship Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Sales As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our company, representing Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd to potential and existing clients. Your primary goal is to understand client needs, offer suitable loan products, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan journey. This role is crucial in driving business growth and maintaining our reputation as a trusted financial partner. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements. Offer personalized loan solutions, including Loan Against Property (LAP) products, to meet client needs. Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new loan products to provide the best advice to clients. Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriting and legal, to ensure a seamless loan approval process. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing queries and concerns. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective relationship management and cross-selling opportunities. Conduct regular client meetings and provide periodic updates on loan progress and market insights. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulations. Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking opportunities. A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and the Indian mortgage market. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, offering tailored financial solutions. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems for efficient relationship management. Analytical skills to interpret financial data and offer suitable loan recommendations. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
