Job Description: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager (Home Loans)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager (RO/RM) to drive business growth in the Home Loan sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of the financial landscape, particularly in mortgage and property loans. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and ensuring the development of a sustainable, productive distribution network.Key ResponsibilitiesThe RO/RM will be responsible for a comprehensive set of sales, relationship management, and analytical duties:Business Generation: Achieve specified business targets by generating sales through various channels, including DSA/S, Builders, Channel Partners, and the Open Market.Channel Management: Effectively handle and develop the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network to ensure they meet and exceed business numbers.Market Expansion: Plan, organize, and initiate activities to identify and onboard new potential DSA/S, Chartered Accountants (CA), and Financial Consultants to broaden the distribution base and penetrate the market.Relationship Management: Manage key accounts and nurture long-term, perpetual, and productive business relationships with partners, focusing on a consultative and strategic approach.Project Engagement: Engage directly with builders and developers to introduce and penetrate the Home Loan product across various projects and properties.Data and Analytics: Manage prospective client data effectively to facilitate business acquisition and growth.Financial Analysis: Analyze and assess the financial eligibility of prospective clients to ensure loan viability and compliance.Collaboration: Work closely with the internal legal and technical departments to secure timely and efficient approvals for projects.Training & Development: Conduct training and development sessions for the DSA network to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven experience in Home Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgage Loan with a Bank, NBFC, or HFC (Housing Finance Company).Work History: A minimum of 2-10 years of relevant experience in Home Loan operations.Education: A minimum qualification of Graduate / Post-Graduate is required.Communication: Excellent Communication Skills and strong Interpersonal Skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement.Resilience: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
