Job Description

Manage customer relationships and drive the complete loan process from lead generation to disbursement while ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction. Handle customer onboarding, documentation, loan login, approval coordination, and disbursement for Personal Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loan. Coordinate with banks and internal teams, maintain MIS, and achieve assigned business targets.
