Client Relationship Management

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Provide prompt and effective resolution to customer problems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client issues are identified and resolved quickly.

• Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.

Market & Industry Awareness

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

• Provide insights to clients and internal teams for strategic decision-making.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Sales, Client Servicing, or similar role.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
