Sales Relationship Manager

We are a premier financial services private limited company expanding our corporate insurance services management team in Lucknow. We are seeking articulate, self-motivated, and confident individuals for the role of

Relationship Manager – Insurance.

In this role, you will not be doing blind cold-calling.

Instead, you will be interacting directly with premium, high networth individuals as well as NRI Clients based in Lucknow for whom excellent communication, good product knowledge, convincing skills and persuasive skills along with a prior experience of insurance or financial services is a must. We want you to build relationship and a stellar rapport with the client and handle not just the revenue generation part but also servicing their requirements after inculcating their desired financial goals on a strict client to client basis.

Fixed + Uncapped Monthly Performance Incentives (based on target multipliers).

Key Responsibilities:

1) Connect with verified, warm clients via phone to introduce specialized financial protection and insurance plans.

2) Secure 2 to 3 appointments daily for detailed portfolio discussions.

3) Coordinate and shadow joint consultation meetings alongside senior bureaucrats, business owners, corporate senior level managers to close high-ticket portfolios.

4) Maintain professional relations and provide consistent support to existing clients for renewals and service queries.

5) Generate and accentuate NRI Clients leads and approach them with a vibrant enthusiasm for safely harboring their financial goals, ensuring their wealth creation and savings generation as well as investment protection based on their portfolios.

What We Are Looking For:

1) Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hindi and English.

2) Comfortable working out of a professional corporate office environment.

3) We are seeking Female Candidates on a priority basis who are ready to visit Clients & HNIs in Lucknow.

4) Prior experience in customer relationship management or insurance is preferred. (Full structured training will be provided via our premium Insurance Corporate Partners).

5) Freshers with high confidence and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply but MBA is a must.

6) People in Relationship Building roles and client facing roles in Insurance Industry are likely to be preferred over freshers.

7) Product knowledge, Linguistic skills, corporate professionalism, ambition and driven individuals with the ability to mould customers after analysing their financial portfolio is a strict green flag for us.
