Job Description

We are looking for a highly aggressive, target-driven loan sales professional responsible for sourcing customers, generating leads, converting prospects, and achieving monthly loan disbursement targets. The role involves extensive field sales, relationship building, and end-to-end loan processing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Generate leads through open market sourcing, referrals, builders, CAs, DSAs, and channel partners.

Sell Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Mortgage products.

Conduct field visits to acquire new customers.

Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.

Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
