JOB DESCRIPTION:

Source & close loans – Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans and Working Capital.
Lead & manage the sales team to achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
Develop sourcing channels through CAs, DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers and referrals.
Manage the complete loan journey from lead generation and login to sanction and disbursement.
Drive team productivity & client relationships through regular reviews, mentoring and repeat/referral business.
