Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source Home Loan and LAP business through open market channels.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, DSAs, connectors, and customers.
Handle customer queries and guide them through the loan process.
Manage the complete loan cycle from sourcing to disbursement.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth processing.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
Maintain strong market presence in Bengaluru.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in Home Loans or LAP.
Experience in sourcing through builders, DSAs, and direct market channels.
Good understanding of Home Loan & LAP processes and documentation.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate and lending market preferred.
Graduation preferred.

Salary

Fixed CTC: ₹2.8 LPA to ₹4.5 LPA
