Sales Relationship Manager

ICICI Bank, in association with NIIT IFBI, is offering an opportunity for graduates to start their career in Sales & Relationship Management.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 15-day residential training program designed to develop practical skills in banking, customer relationship management, sales, digital banking, compliance and financial product offerings.

Successful candidates can begin their career as a Relationship Manager with ICICI Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers through lead generation and customer engagement.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products.

• Promote and cross-sell relevant liability and asset products.

• Drive customer adoption of digital banking channels.

• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

• Follow banking processes, compliance requirements and ethical sales practices.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling banking products.

Candidate Eligibility

• Graduate from a recognized institution.

• Candidates from any stream except Engineering.

• Age: 19 to 25 years.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

• Good communication skills in English and the local language.

• Candidates should be willing to work in a customer-facing sales and relationship-management role.

• Graduation must be completed before joining the program.

Training & Career Development

The selected candidates will undergo 15 days of residential training at a designated NIIT campus.
