Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to provide customized investment solutions that align with clients' financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
● Acquire and onboard new HNI and Ultra-HNI clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their investment objectives and financial needs.
● Present and recommend suitable investment opportunities across Unlisted Shares, Pre-IPO investments, Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and other financial products.
● Regularly engage with clients to review portfolio performance and identify new investment opportunities.
● Deliver exceptional client service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
● Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and investment products to provide informed guidance.
● Collaborate with research, advisory, and operations teams to offer seamless client experiences.
● Generate revenue through portfolio expansion, cross-selling, and relationship deepening.
● Achieve individual business targets and contribute to overall organizational growth.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all client interactions.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● 1–5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, financial services, or investment sales.
● Strong understanding of investment products, including equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, unlisted shares, and Pre-IPO opportunities.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Strong client servicing mindset with a consultative sales approach.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
