Relationship Manager

As an Assistant Customer Relationship Manager, your job will be to help customers when they visit center to buy a car.
Your role includes:

• Understanding customer needs (what kind of car they want, budget, preferences).

• Suggesting the right cars that match those needs.

• Talking confidently about features, prices, offers, etc.

• Helping them take the right decision.

• Sometimes, also negotiating and closing the deal.

They are looking for someone who is:

• Hardworking and smart.

• Good at talking to people and understanding what they want.

• Able to think logically and solve problems.

• Has some experience in customer service (like in a showroom, sales, or customer support).

• Result-oriented – meaning, you care about actually helping customers and making sure they’re happy with the service.
