Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling customer inquiries, and delivering an exceptional home-buying experience for clients across India. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and channel partners.

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information and assist clients throughout their home-buying journey.

• Leverage telecommunication tools to ensure prompt and effective client engagement.

• Maintain and update customer records and CRM data accurately.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and timely issue resolution.

• Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive communication.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Telecom, Real Estate, or Customer Relationship Management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6 years of experience.
