• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Onboard new clients and explain company services and processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

• Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and client meetings.

• Maintain client records, agreements, and documentation.

• Prepare MIS and client performance reports.

• Track renewals, payments, and contract timelines.

• Collect client feedback and suggest improvements.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
