We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive life insurance sales through partnered bank branches and outbound calls.

• Generate leads by building strong relationships with bank staff and customer databases.

• Conduct outbound calls, customer meetings, and product presentations to convert leads.

• Train and support bank employees on insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance.

• Monitor sales performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and report regularly to management.
