About the Role
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-oriented Sales Counsellor to join our D2C sales team.
The Sales Counsellor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, counselling customers, explaining suitable products/services, managing follow-ups, and converting leads into sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust with customers while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Counselling & Sales
Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, concerns, and expectations.
Provide appropriate counselling based on customer needs.
Explain products, services, benefits, pricing, offers, and processes clearly.
Build strong customer relationships and create a positive customer experience.
Handle customer objections and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Effectively close sales while maintaining professionalism and customer trust.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
Manage leads received through digital marketing, website, social media, campaigns, and other sources.
Respond to leads promptly and ensure regular follow-up.
Maintain proper follow-up schedules for interested and pending customers.
Reconnect with old, missed, and potential leads to generate additional conversions.
Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
Maintain accurate lead status and customer information in the CRM.
