Job Title: Financial Consultant (FC) – Broking

Industry: Stock Broking / Securities Market

Location: Rourkela / Cuttack/ Angul / Berhampur/ Sambalpur

CTC: 4.50 LPA max

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients for demat and trading accounts through direct sales, referrals, and leads.

• Generate revenue through equity, derivatives, commodities, and currency trading.

• Maintain relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and offer suitable investment solutions.

• Cross-sell investment products such as mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, and insurance (if applicable).

• Guide clients on market updates, research reports, and trading strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements of SEBI, NSE, BSE, and company policies.

• Achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in stock broking / securities market (freshers with NISM certifications can also apply).

• NISM Series VII / VIII certification (mandatory as per SEBI regulations).

• Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and financial products.

• Excellent communication, sales, and client relationship skills.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
