Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Support: Assist customers with gold loan inquiries and explain product features, interest rates, and repayment terms. Guide customers through the loan application and KYC process.

2. Loan Processing: Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval, disbursement, and verification.

3. Field Operations: Assist in coordination for gold pickup, storage, and secure transportation as per company's standard operating procedures.

4. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate reports of daily visits, leads, customer interactions, and loan files.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum: Any Graduate (Preferred BBA/MBA Aspirants.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, mobile apps).
Customer-facing attitude and confidence in field operations.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
