Key Responsibilities: -
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Explain gold loan products, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options clearly
Assist customers throughout the loan process, from onboarding to disbursement
Coordinate with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
Conduct local marketing and promotional activities when required
