Role Overview We’re looking for energetic, ambitious, and people-oriented individuals to join us as Relationship Managers. This is a field-based role, perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building connections, and learning on the go. As a Relationship Manager, you will work closely with clinics and healthcare partners, help grow our network, and contribute to business growth. Don’t worry if you’re just starting out—we provide complete training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics and healthcare providers

● Visit partner clinics regularly and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

● Identify and connect with new clinics to expand our network

● Generate leads through market visits and local outreach

● Support onboarding of new partners and agents (training will be provided)

● Act as the face of Even Healthcare in your assigned area

● Help partners understand and maximize the benefits of working with us

● Work closely with internal teams to ensure great service delivery

Who Can Apply

● Fresh graduates or those who have graduated in 2025,2024.

● Strong communication skills in Kannada and English

● Someone who enjoys interacting with people and building relationships

● Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn

● Open to fieldwork and travel within the city

● Must have a two-wheeler for daily visits
