Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Relationship Manager for Home Loan & LAP Sales, handling DSA channel and Open Market sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and LAP business through DSA partners and open market leads.

• Develop and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, real estate agents, builders, and other channel partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads from local markets.

• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate loan products.

• Coordinate with internal teams for login, documentation, processing, and sanction.

• Ensure KYC, credit norms, and compliance are followed.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

• Provide timely updates to customers and maintain a high level of service satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP Sales.

• Strong knowledge of DSA network, local market, and retail lending products.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Candidates must be familiar with the assigned locations.
