Job Summary

ICICI Bank is hiring Relationship Managers for an on-role position. This role is ideal for recently graduated candidates with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a long-term career in retail banking and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products

• Handle customer queries and ensure prompt resolution

• Promote CASA, loans, credit cards, and other banking services

• Ensure adherence to bank policies, KYC, and compliance norms

• Achieve assigned sales and service targets

• Support smooth customer onboarding and account servicing

Eligibility Criteria

• Recently graduated candidates only (UG/PG from a recognized university)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

• Basic understanding of banking and financial products (preferred)

• Willingness to learn and grow in the banking sector
