We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the automobile industry, with a strong focus on customer relationship management, sales execution, and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Drive sales and ensure monthly targets are achieved or exceeded.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable vehicle options and financing solutions.
Coordinate test drives, vehicle delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and close deals.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records using CRM tools.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest products, features, and market trends in the automobile industry.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry (car dealership preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
