We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager to drive Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs). The candidate will be responsible for DSA management, lead conversion, and coordination for loan processing.
Source Home Loan / LAP leads from DSAs and convert them into disbursed files.
Manage and expand the DSA network – onboarding, training, and regular engagement.
Ensure quality sourcing with proper KYC, income documentation, and compliance checks.
Work closely with internal teams like credit, legal, and operations to ensure timely processing.
Achieve monthly disbursement and login targets.
Stay updated on competitor offerings, market rates, and regulatory changes.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of escalations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales.
Mandatory experience in DSA sourcing.
Knowledge of credit, legal, and technical evaluation processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to handle field sales, maintain strong DSA relations, and meet targets.
