Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager who has worked in any NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) and possesses strong convincing skills. The ideal candidate will build and maintain long-term client relationships, promote our insurance products, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.

• Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

• Explain insurance products clearly and convincingly to prospective customers.

• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Maintain records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the team to develop new strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

• Provide after-sales support and address customer queries promptly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in an NBFC is mandatory.

• Proven track record in sales, relationship management, or customer service.

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum starting salary: ₹16,000 per month (plus incentives based on performance).

• Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
