Sales Relationship Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful property transactions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calling, references, digital enquiries, channel partners, and other sources.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment objectives.

• Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant information to prospective customers.

• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.

• Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information.

• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, payment schedules, and other sales-related activities.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales in the CRM/system.

• Develop relationships with brokers/channel partners and generate business through them.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and real estate developments.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-sales coordination.

• Participate in property exhibitions, promotional activities, broker meets, and other sales initiatives.
