Key Responsibilities:
● Platform Coordination:
○ Act as the main liaison between clients and the Zomato/Swiggy POCs, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
○ Manage the process of applying discounts and initiating ads for restaurant clients listed on Zomato and Swiggy. ○ Regularly monitor the performance of ongoing ads and discounts, working with the platforms to adjust as necessary.
● Client Approval Management:
○ Collect, document, and track client approvals for any proposed discounts or advertisements.
○ Ensure that all client communications are clear, and approvals are obtained before executing any changes.
○ Provide clients with regular updates on the status of ongoing and upcoming promotions.
● Campaign Strategy Consultation:
○ Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to leverage discounts and ads effectively to boost their online presence and sales.
○ Work closely with clients to develop tailored promotional strategies that align with their goals and target audience.
● Reporting and Analysis:
○ Monitor and track the performance of discounts and ads through the Zomato/Swiggy platforms.
○ Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with clients and the internal team.
● Problem Solving:
○ Address any issues or discrepancies related to discount applications or ad campaigns with Zomato and Swiggy. ○ Work with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
