We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at at Chintamani Finlease Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive partnership development by identifying, pitching, and onboarding FinTech's and Corporate DSAs to expand lead generation channels.
Strategically implement API integrations and tech-based solutions to increase lead flow and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and partner onboarding.
Strengthen internal processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve sales team productivity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Co-founders, and senior stakeholders in the Fintech ecosystem.
Lead deal negotiations and closures with a focus on mutual value creation and revenue enhancement.
Align with shareholders and senior leadership on strategic goals and contribute to key business decisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Finance, or related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in Business Development within NBFC, Fintech, Lending, or Financial Services
Strong understanding of Fintech partnerships, APIs, and digital lending workflows
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
