Key Responsibilities:
• Selling life insurance products via bank’s branch network.
• Generate leads from bank customers / cross‐selling.
• Liaise with bank managers / bank staff to get referrals.
• Achieve sales targets (monthly / quarterly).
• Maintain persistency & manage renewals.
• Complete documentation, adhere to compliance.
• Maintain MIS (reports) of sales, follow ups etc.
Skills Required: Good communication, convincing skills, product awareness, capacity to travel / field work.
