Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Promotion: Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable life insurance solutions. 

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest insurance products and industry trends. 

• Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate leads and prospects. 

• Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service. 

• Adherence to Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations. 

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. 

• Onboarding and Servicing: Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, and provide ongoing support. 

• Using CRM Software: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to streamline sales processes. 

• May involve: Field visits, presentations, and participation in marketing campaigns, depending on the specific role.
