Build and maintain strong relationships with partner bank branch staff to achieve sales targets.
Drive sales of life insurance products through assigned bank branches.
Ensure effective lead generation and conversion through branch walk-ins and referrals.
Conduct regular training, meetings, and joint calls with bank staff to increase awareness and motivation.
Provide need-based solutions to customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage sales pipeline, track performance, and share MIS with management.
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines in all business activities.
Support the bank branch team in achieving mutual business goals.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to influence and motivate partner staff.
Sales-driven with target orientation.
Good knowledge of insurance and financial products.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably MBA in Marketing/Finance).
1–4 years of sales/relationship management experience (BFSI preferred).
Prior experience in bancassurance/life insurance will be an added advantage.
