Job Description

Key Responsibilities in a Direct Channel Life Insurance Role:

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Identifying and contacting potential clients through various methods like phone calls, emails, or online platforms.

  • Needs Assessment and Product Presentation: Understanding clients' financial needs and recommending suitable insurance policies.

  • Application and Underwriting Process: Assisting clients with completing the application process and providing necessary information for underwriting.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations.
