Relationship Manager

Direct Channel Responsibilities:

• Selling Directly: Actively promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to customers.

• Needs Assessment: Understanding client needs, financial goals, and risk tolerance to recommend appropriate insurance products.

• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing support and build trust.

• Lead Generation: Generating leads and actively reaching out to potential prospects.

• Sales Performance: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas. 

Agency Channel Responsibilities (Agency Manager/Supervisor):

• Recruitment and Training: Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of insurance agents.

• Performance Management: Setting goals, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback to agents.

• Channel Development: Developing and managing the agency network to maximize sales potential.

• Compliance: Ensuring agents adhere to company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents and clients. 

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
