Engage with walk-in and referred customers to understand their needs
Explain vehicle features, financing options, and value-added services
Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales
Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly
Coordinate with the service and delivery teams for smooth transactions
Attend product trainings and stay updated on new models and offers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle post-sale queries
