Advisor Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, recruit, and onboard quality insurance advisors as per company guidelines.

Customer Service & Persistency
- Ensure quality business and high policy persistency ratio.
- Support advisors in resolving customer queries and service issues.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI and company policies.
- Maintain accurate MIS reports and track performance metrics.
