We are seeking one or more Relationship Managers to manage and nurture relationships with our designated OEM customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and documenting all lead interactions, facilitating seamless handovers to our project teams, and ensuring excellent written and verbal communication. Candidates must have studied in English medium throughout their education and be graduates with a strong command of the English language, particularly for documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned key OEM customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions, leads, and progress in a CRM system.
Prepare clear and professional reports, proposals, and communication materials in English.
Coordinate with internal teams (business development, engineering, project management) to ensure customer requirements are captured accurately and delivered on time.
Follow up on leads and work to convert them into successful projects.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding project updates, technical clarifications, and contractual details.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and account management practices.
