Sales Relationship Manager

WE'RE looking for a Relationship Manager – Direct Sales who will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating leads, building business relationships, and converting prospects into customers.

This is a 100% field-based sales role. The candidate will be required to independently approach potential clients, generate leads, understand their business requirements, present suitable solutions, and close sales.

The role is ideal for someone who is target-oriented, confident in client interaction, comfortable with field sales, and experienced in lead generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, references, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, networking, and field visits

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and connect with potential clients

• Identify and approach startups, SMEs, business owners, and potential customers

• Understand client requirements and business needs

• Present suitable website development and digital marketing solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Negotiate with clients and effectively handle objections

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales

• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle

• Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets

• Maintain daily records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities

• Update field visits and client interactions on the company's designated software/system

• Coordinate with the internal team whenever required for client requirements and sales closure

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred

• 2–4 years of experience in direct sales/business development

• Candidates must be comfortable with extensive field visits

• Candidates with experience in B2B sales, digital services, IT services, website development, digital marketing, advertising, or similar sales environments may be preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred

Work Structure

• 100% Field Sales
