We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to drive sales. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Life, Health, or General Insurance sales and a strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and customer acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of life insurance products through direct sales and/or channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activity.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer retention.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, servicing, and claims support.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate sales reports and MIS updates.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Life / Health / General Insurance sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the insurance sector.
Strong understanding of insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
Experience in field sales, agency/channel sales, banca, or direct marketing preferred
