We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting our financial products/services, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential and existing clients to explain our offerings

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Understand client needs and provide suitable product solutions

• Follow up on leads and ensure smooth onboarding

• Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution and support

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interest in sales, finance, or client servicing

• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

• Basic computer knowledge

• Must have a personal laptop
