Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at at Group Landmark Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting showroom visitors and lot prospects to identify their specific transportation needs, budget, and lifestyle requirements.

• Maintaining deep knowledge of vehicle features, technical specifications, and available inventory to provide accurate information and compare competing models.

• Conducting professional vehicle presentations ("walk-arounds") and accompanying customers on test drives to demonstrate performance and technology features.

• Overcoming customer objections, negotiating final sales prices (including trade-in allowances), and finalizing purchasing agreements.

• Explaining lease and purchase options, processing credit applications, and working with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) manager to finalize loan or payment details.

• Accurately completing all sales contracts, title work, and registration documents in accordance with dealership policies and government regulations.

• Utilizing Lead Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track prospects, log daily activities, and manage follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Require Good English Communication.
