About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic School Relationship Manager to join our team for an upcoming Talent Event scheduled in November 2025. The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact between our company and various schools, responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring maximum participation of student talent in the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and school management, teachers, and activity coordinators.

• Promote and pitch the upcoming Talent Event to schools across the region.

• Drive student registrations by presenting the event’s value and unique opportunities.

• Conduct school visits, presentations, and follow-ups to encourage participation.

• Coordinate logistics and documentation required for school and student onboarding.

• Maintain accurate records of communications, outreach, and confirmations.

• Collaborate with the internal team for marketing support and event-related planning.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
