Job Description

Relationship Manager-Housing Finance-Sales As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Housing Finance division. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. You will be a key driver of our sales strategy, working closely with our team to identify and convert leads, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the department. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements. Identify and convert leads, generating new business opportunities. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on housing finance products and services. Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, maintaining high standards of customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, offering innovative solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions. Attend industry events and network to expand the bank's presence and reputation. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of housing finance products and the Indian real estate market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools. Willingness to travel for business purposes as required. A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
