Relationship Manager - HF_HOUSING FINANCE_0412_2618_1038412 The Relationship Manager - Housing Finance (RM-HF) is responsible for driving home loan business through customer acquisition, relationship management, and channel development. The role involves sourcing new customers, generating leads through direct sales and business channels, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable housing finance solutions. The RM-HF works closely with customers, builders, connectors, and channel partners to ensure business growth while delivering a superior customer experience. Source and acquire Home Loan and Housing Finance customers. Generate business through open market, referrals, builders, and channel partners. Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships. Guide customers through the loan application and documentation process. Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for timely loan processing. Achieve assigned business, disbursement, and revenue targets. Cross-sell relevant banking and financial products. Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1-5 years of experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, Banking Sales, or Financial Services. Proven experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales. Knowledge of retail lending processes, credit assessment, and loan documentation. Familiarity with local real estate markets, builders, and channel partner networks is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and field-sales environment. Proficiency in MS Office and digital sales tools. Valid driving license and willingness to travel for customer acquisition and business development activities. Experience Level Mid Level
